1. How do I sign up the affiliate program?

Click on the Affiliated Program on the menu, and follow the sign up instruction. Alternatively, you may request a QR code from one of our physical stores.

2. How long is my purchase processing time?

For pre-order online, it takes 4 working days to get your purchases delivered. A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order is confirmed. For physical store purchases, you may collect your devices immediately.

3. Where and how can I get more information about the affiliate program?

You are strongly encouraged to seek for an advice from our physical store salesmen assistance. Otherwise, you may submit an enquiries form or send your enquiries to toby.oceanworld@gmail.com.

4. If my handset is faulty, can I send my devices to Ocean World shops for repair?

You may send your handset to our shop for repair even you have purchased your handset from other seller.

5. Is there any charges for my handset repair? And what is the cost?

We will have to assess your device condition and check with the manufacturer if your devices are still under the manufacturer warranty. Please allowed us to get back to you on the repair cost in 24 hours.

6. What are the Ocean World Shop operating hours?

We are operating from Monday - Sunday, from 10am - 10pm. The operating hours may be vary during Chinese New Year period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all payment methods at all our physical stores. For online store, we only accept credit or debit card payment.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do not sell gift card at the moment. We will notify you as long as gift card is available.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

Unfortunately, We do not provide gift wrapping services.
